All LAST aprons are repaired with the sole intent of maintaining the functionality, durability, and style of your original purchase. Advanced leather and canvas manufacturing practices will be utilized when repairing your apron. A repair can never look brand new, and in fact, often adds to the appeal of the apron.

Upon completion of the Repair Request Form, you will be contacted with instructions on how to proceed with your request. We may ask you to submit photos with your request so that our repair specialist can assess the best means by which to proceed.

Once we have received your item, our repair specialist will determine the course of action with your apron.

  • If the item is repairable and covered under warranty, the item will be repaired at LAST’s expense and returned to you, no charge
  • If the item is repairable but not covered under warranty, you may either have the product returned to you unrepaired, or have the product repaired at your own expense. This will be communicated to you by our repair specialist
  • If the product is not repairable but is covered under warranty, one of our repair specialists will contact you to discuss your resolution options
  • If the product is not repairable and not covered under warranty, the item will be sent back to you with a letter providing the reason why it was not repaired. This may include items that have reached the end of their useful lifetime.
