Return Policy

It’s not just a catchy name. Our products are built to LAST and we stand behind each of our aprons. With that if you purchased an item from LAST and are unsatisfied for any reason you may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To Make an Exchange or Return

For items purchased at a LAST Apron retail partner, and not on this website, please visit the retailer to process your request. We cannot refund a LAST item purchased from a third-party dealer or vendor.

For all purchases made on this website, complete the form below to make a return or exchange or contact LAST customer care at hi@thelastapron.com. Please note that LAST products that have been misused, altered, or customized do not qualify for return or exchange.

Gift card sales are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Return Window

Returns are accepted on all LAST products within sixty (60) days of original purchase. LAST cannot refund any shipping charges associated with the original purchase.

Return Shipping

Shipping is free on returns shipped from within Canada. Please contact Customer Service at hi@thelastapron.com if shipping from the U.S. or U.S. Territories. Customers outside Canada are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, tariffs, and taxes for both returns and exchanges.

When shipping, be sure to insure the contents of your package for its full value. LAST is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced packages.

Refund Process

Refunds are made to the same form of payment originally used to make your purchase. Processing your refund will occur within 7 business days of us receiving the returned items. It may take up to 14 days for your credit card company to acknowledge the return and for it to show up on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item contact Customer Service at hi@thelastapron.com as soon as possible and we will work to replace the item promptly.

Please do not refuse accepting a damaged package. Contact Customer Service within 48 hours to make a claim for damaged or missing goods. Be sure to photograph the damage prior to opening your package.
